Client project access
Project access lets a client work in their own project without joining your organization. They cannot see your organization billing, credentials, private developer settings, or other clients.
Invite someone
Section titled “Invite someone”- Open the client project.
- Open Settings → Project access.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Choose View only or Editor.
- If appropriate, give an Editor permission to manage bookings.
- Choose whether to enable email activity alerts.
- Send the invitation.
The invitation is tied to the intended email address and expires after 72 hours. Wabery emails it when delivery is available and also gives you a link to copy. Share that link only with the invited person.
The client signs in with the invited email. If they later create their own Wabery organization, their client-project access remains separate.

Only organization staff can invite or revoke client access. Giving someone project access does not make them an organization member and does not authorize them to publish an agent or change billing.
Booking access
Section titled “Booking access”For an Editor, Also let this person manage bookings grants operator access to the project’s booking workspace. Use it for people who are responsible for the business calendar. It is separate from the Editor role so a person can reply to customers and update leads without being allowed to change bookings.
Activity email
Section titled “Activity email”Email activity alerts can notify the invited person about:
- new leads;
- new appointment requests; and
- booking changes.
The invited person can turn these emails on or off in their project workspace. Email activity alerts are separate from optional WhatsApp staff alerts.
Client workspace
Section titled “Client workspace”After sign-in, the client opens /client. The workspace shows only sections
available to that project and role:
- Inbox for conversations and, for Editors, text replies;
- Calendar for Reservations;
- Appointment requests;
- Leads; and
- Project details and email-alert preferences.
Dates and times use the project’s organization timezone and regional display preferences, so the client sees the same business context as the organization operating the project.
Revoke access
Section titled “Revoke access”Use Settings → Project access to revoke a pending invitation or an existing person’s access. Revocation prevents future workspace access. It does not delete their prior replies, lead changes, booking activity, or other audit history.
