Wabery Support

Help with accounts, OAuth, MCP clients, WhatsApp messaging, Flows, broadcasts, and platform operations.

Contact support

Emailhelp@wabery.com. Include your Wabery organization name, the affected project, the approximate time of the issue, and any user-safe error message. Never email API keys, OAuth tokens, WhatsApp credentials, or customer message content unless our support team provides a secure collection method.

We normally respond within two business days. Active service incidents are prioritized.

Revoke ChatGPT or Claude access

  1. Open Wabery and go to API Keys.
  2. Find the connection named for ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or another MCP client.
  3. Select Revoke or Disconnect.
  4. Also disconnect Wabery in the AI client's connector settings to remove its local connection.

Revocation disables the connection's access and refresh tokens. It does not delete data already returned to the AI client. Contact support if you cannot access your account.

OAuth and MCP troubleshooting

  • Confirm you are signing into the intended Wabery organization and project.
  • If a tool reports an insufficient scope, reconnect and approve the specific read, write, send, or publish scope required by that tool.
  • If authentication expired, disconnect Wabery in the AI client, addhttps://mcp.wabery.com again, and complete OAuth.
  • For message, Flow, template, or broadcast failures, check the channel's readiness and Meta approval or payment requirements.
  • Check service statusbefore retrying a widespread failure.

Report a security issue

Send security reports tohelp@wabery.comwith the subject Security report. Include reproduction steps and impact, but do not include live secrets or personal customer data. We will acknowledge security reports as quickly as practical and coordinate a safe method for any sensitive evidence.
