# About Wabery

Wabery helps agencies build and launch WhatsApp chatbots for their clients. Start in Sandbox, then go live on the client's real number in minutes, not weeks. Wabery is operated by Metalance LLC.

How it works underneath: business-owned WhatsApp channels reached through a REST API and TypeScript SDK, signed webhooks, WhatsApp Flows, hosted functions, an official CLI, and an MCP server.

Our goal is straightforward: teams should own their automation logic and their Meta billing relationship. Wabery provides the operational plumbing while keeping integrations portable, testable, and visible in code. Developers can call the REST API or TypeScript SDK directly. AI coding agents can use the same primitives through the hosted or local MCP server.

Wabery is a Meta Tech Provider. Customers connect their own WhatsApp Business assets and pay Meta's messaging fees directly on dedicated WABAs. Wabery pays Meta for its shared sandbox and, from October 1, deducts the published destination-market service rate from the testing organization's wallet without markup. Wabery's platform pricing is separate and based on the number of Live client projects, not message volume alone.

Security and predictable machine behavior are product requirements. API keys are project-scoped, permissions are explicit, webhook deliveries are signed, and public API versions can be pinned. Production status is available at [status.wabery.com](https://status.wabery.com/).
