# Build WhatsApp agents your clients can use

Build and manage WhatsApp AI agents for your clients. Reusable blueprints, connected business actions, and separate client projects for agencies and developers.

You bring the client relationship and business know-how. Wabery provides the tools to build, test, and operate separate client deployments.

Reuse saved projects while keeping each client's conversations, customers, access, credentials, channels, live state, and spending separate. Advanced actions need an authorized business-system integration; Wabery is not an open connector marketplace.

## Build a focused demo

Start with instructions and synthetic business data. Test a real WhatsApp conversation in the shared sandbox without setting up the client's Meta account.

## Connect and review

Keep client knowledge, credentials, channels, and permissions in their own project. Review costs and launch readiness before publishing.

## Reuse what works

Reuse a sanitized private blueprint, then map each client's dependencies. Review version changes for each deployment; never copy credentials or force an upgrade across clients.

## Booking example — simulated request

Customer: Can I come in tomorrow at 4:30?

Agent: I can collect your request for the team. Your appointment is not confirmed until they accept it.

## Costs

Project fees, builder AI, Wabery runtime AI, hosted execution policy, and external system fees remain separate. A free project does not include unlimited AI. Wabery does not automatically distribute your service revenue.

## Who is Wabery for?

Agencies, independent creators, and integrators who build and operate WhatsApp agents for clients. You own the client relationship, choose the workflow, and charge for your service. Wabery supplies the platform, not your customer acquisition or automatic revenue payouts.

## Can Wabery manage confirmed bookings?

Yes. Wabery Reservations can own availability and confirm tables, scheduled class places, or private appointments. Use appointment requests when the business will confirm manually: an appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. Deposits, customer payments, and two-way external calendar sync still need a suitable authorized integration.

## Can I connect a native Meta Business Agent today?

Meta Business Agent support is currently available through a limited pilot. Your client needs access to Meta Business Agent and must authorize their WhatsApp account. Start with Wabery's own agent if Meta access is unavailable. Native Meta MCP connections are not supported yet.

## Can the agent perform any business action?

No. Install an approved action version for the client's project and channel. Consequential changes require confirmation of the exact action details, and private data requires a current consumer authorization. Advanced backend setup still needs an integrator; there is no universal one-click connector marketplace.

## Is the sandbox free?

Account access needs no card. Shared-sandbox delivery is free through September 30, 2026; from October 1 it uses your wallet credit at Meta's published destination-market service rate, without Wabery markup. AI usage is separate. Review wallet funding and automatic top-up settings before enabling paid replies.

## Are Meta costs included in the Wabery Wallet?

No. The client pays Meta's dedicated-channel messaging fees directly. Meta Business Agent usage, where available, is externally billed and unavailable in Wabery's measured AI costs. Your Wabery wallet limit is not a Meta spending cap. There is no automatic paid fallback between runtimes.
