Building, testing on your own WhatsApp and going live with one production connection are free, with no card. Sharing demo links with clients is part of Pro. You write instructions and add business knowledge. Shopify connects without code. For other systems, you or your AI coding agent can connect any HTTPS API through the Wabery MCP server. ## Can the agent confirm bookings? Yes, with Wabery Reservations, which owns availability and confirms tables, scheduled class places, or private appointments. With appointment requests, staff confirm manually: an appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. Deposits, payments, and two-way calendar sync need a suitable authorized integration. ## Can the agent perform any business action? It can use the systems you connect. Each action is installed for one client's project and channel. Changes require confirmation of the exact action details, and private data requires a current consumer authorization. There is no one-click connector for every system. ## Can I use Meta Business Agent instead? Meta Business Agent support is available through a limited pilot. Your client needs Meta Business Agent access and must authorize their WhatsApp account. Meta bills that usage separately. You can start with Wabery's own agent without waiting. Native Meta MCP connections are not supported yet. ## Are Meta costs paid from my Wabery wallet? Only in the shared sandbox. On a client's own number, the client pays Meta's messaging fees directly.
