Shopify product connector
Este conteúdo não está disponível em sua língua ainda.
The Shopify connector gives a Wabery hosted agent read-only access to public storefront product information. Use it to answer product, price, variant, and availability questions from a public Shopify store.
Connect a store
Section titled “Connect a store”- Open the hosted agent’s Draft.
- Open Knowledge, then Connectors.
- Choose Add a connector → Shopify.
- Enter the public store address, such as
https://example.comor the store’smyshopify.comaddress. - Confirm that Wabery identified the expected store.
- Save and publish the agent when the rest of the draft is ready.
You can add the connector before completing its setup. It becomes available to the agent only after Wabery can identify the store and read its public products. An agent can connect up to three Shopify stores.
What the agent can read
Section titled “What the agent can read”For a matching customer question, Wabery checks the public storefront for:
- product title and description;
- public product URL;
- variant name;
- current public price and currency; and
- whether the variant is currently available for sale.
Prices and availability require a successful live lookup. If the store is unavailable or no relevant product is found, the agent should say that it could not confirm the answer and follow the configured fallback or handoff behavior.
What the connector cannot do
Section titled “What the connector cannot do”The connector does not receive a Shopify administrator credential and cannot:
- read customers, orders, draft orders, or private products;
- create carts, discounts, checkouts, refunds, or fulfilments;
- change products, prices, inventory, or store settings;
- recover abandoned carts; or
- prove that a product will remain available after the answer is sent.
Use a separately reviewed integration when the client needs authenticated order status or write actions.
